When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the displayed price. You will receive an order confirmation email; this confirms receipt and does not by itself guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product availability, or inaccurate customer information. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund it in full.

6. Payment

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers; by submitting payment information you authorize the applicable provider to process the transaction. Plainlys does not store complete payment card information.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is free on every order; Express shipping is available at checkout for $15.00.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (up to 7 business days during holidays and peak periods). After dispatch, Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days and Express typically takes 2–4 business days.

8. Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 90 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except where an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect — in those cases Plainlys covers it. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

To change or cancel an order, contact support@plainlys.com within 24 hours of placing it. We will do our best to accommodate the request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped.
